Complaints, Comments, Suggestions And Compliments
We pride ourselves on the services we provide in all aspects however we do occasionally make mistakes and therefore we would welcome any feedback that you think can help the practice in making the changes needed. You can do this by asking to speak to our Practice Manager. If you prefer, simply put your written comments into the box located in the waiting room.
The Practice Complaints Manager is Nina Wakenell, who will be pleased to hear from you verbally or in writing.
