Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us is a little different at the moment.  This is to limit face to face contact where possible and help stop the spread of Coronavirus.

We are open and if you need to see a GP, please ring us on 01952 882854.

Face to face appointments are available to all patients, but you will be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you.

In addition to face to face consultations we are where appropriate offering consultation over the phone.  This can be a convenient and flexible way to receive healthcare .

    Important message regarding blood services

Important message regarding blood services IMPORTANT MESSAGE PLEASE SHARE WITH ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND ANYONE YOU KNOW We are worried about a recent survey launched by the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs). They have asked for patients’ views on the current blood taking service. Initially we thought that they were asking for views about the blood taking service based at Shrewsbury hospital but now it is becoming clear that views are also being requested about blood taking services that are based at the practice. We are concerned that if our patients do not fill in the survey supporting our blood taking service at the practice then this service may possibly be lost or decommissioned. By taking part, you will be contributing towards keeping services local. Thank you for supporting the practice To share your view click on the following link: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/8JPTBNQ. You can also call 07870 973241 for assistance in completing the survey or request a paper copy and freepost return envelope from the CCGs.
